GROUP NEWS:

From the THINK GROUP - We are sad to announce the passing of Chuck S. on April 15, 2023. Chuck was a long time valued member of the THINK Group and recently celebrated 36 years of sobriety. Prayers and condolences to his wife Helen, as well as his family and friends.

Joppa Twelve Step needs support. Step meeting with fellowship, coffee and candy! We meet Wednesdays at 7 PM.

The Early Bird Group will be returning to North East Community Park, North East MD, beginning Saturday April 22nd. Please join us Saturday mornings at 8:30 by the water, bring your own beverages.

May 12th - Daily Reflections will be celebrating the group's 30 Year Anniversary. Doors will open at 6:30 PM for food and fellowship, meeting to begin at 8 PM. Come celebrate with us! Grace Reform Episcopal Church, 560 Fountain St, Havre de Grace.

DISTRICT/AREA 29 MARYLAND NEWS:

May 20th - Area Assembly Delegate Report Back from the General Service Conference. The Assembly meets at the Severna Park United Methodist Church, 731 Benfield Rd., Severna Park. Meeting will start at 9 AM. If you or your home group are interested in the latest changes and proposals from Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, attend the REPORT BACK. Our Delegate Kurt W. will review the highlights of the conference and answer questions.
