You are not alone

"It doesn't matter whether you are 16 or 60, rich or poor, college graduate or high school dropout, LGBTQ+, a business executive or stay at home mom, a patient in a treatment facility, a person in custody, or living on the street. Help is available, but only you can make the decision to ask for it."

Final Thought:

"We are careful never to become intolerant of drinking in general. That attitude is not helpful to anyone. Every newcomer to A.A. seems worried that we will all be hateful about other people's drinking. They are all relieved when they see we are not. Intolerance of all drinking might discourage alcoholics whose lives could have been saved."
