Attendees included Georgia\, Jeremy\, Jessica\, and Stacey\nThe software we utilize to manage Events (Aptly named “The Events Calendar”) also has a separate WordPress Plugin tool for managing Ticket sales. That product is called “Event Tickets” and has an annual license fee of $100.\nThis month the technology committee updated the functionality of the Bulletin Builder to be able to manage the email distribution list. Prior to this update any changes could only be done by Jeremy. Now anyone with Bulletin Builder access can update the email distribution list.\nOn December 1st\, the technology committee will be holding an open meeting in the Intergroup office with the electronic payment processing company named “Beyond”. This company will give the Intergroup as well as individual homegroups the ability to collect donations electronically directly from donator’s phones (via QR Code).

Accessibilities. Attached is the updated Area 29 calendar for 2023\, February Committee Meeting Agenda\, minutes from the November 2022 Area Committee Meeting\, along with the Area 29 Financial Reports as of January 31\, 2023. \nAlso attached are the monthly GSR Meeting flyer and Maryland State Convention flyer.  There will be printed copies available at the meeting.  Please take them back to your local groups. \nThe Area Committee Meeting will be held hybrid.  The doors to the in-person meeting will open at 8:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Church of Christ\, 17 Bond Street\, Westminster\, MD 21157. The virtual room doors open at 8:45 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. \n\n\nWe will pass the basket to offset costs for bottled water\, coffee & breakfast items.
