AREA 29 – MARYLAND ASSEMBLY – Delegate Report Back

DCMs, Alternate DCMs, GSRs, Alternate GSRs, Area Committee Chairs and Co‐Chairs, Officers, Past Delegates, and all members of the fellowship. You are cordially invited to attend the December Maryland General Service Area 29 Assembly meeting which will be held virtually. The meeting date is December 11, 2021. The virtual doors will open at 8:45 a.m. and the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Voting members include DCMs or their Alternates, GSRs or their Alternates, Area Committee Chairs or their Co‐Chairs, and Area Officers.
Attached, you will find the Meeting Agenda; Financial Reports as of November 30, 2021; the Minutes for the October 16, 2021 Area Assembly Meeting; 2022 Proposed Budget from the Area Committee; CARC IV Motion from the Area Committee; Financial Internal Control Policy Motion and Maintenance of Corporate Documents and Services Motion from Policies and Procedures Committee.
The Delegates Report will be sent the day of the meeting, so you are provided with up-to-date information.
Since this is a virtual meeting, it is important that you please provide a copy of your reports to the secretary prior to the meeting. This would include Officers, Committee, and DCM Reports. I have also attached the Committee and the DCM Report Form for your convenience. These can either be emailed or text to Craig T. at the contact information listed below.
